SailPoint implementation Developer should have broad hands on and design experience with enterprise deployments as well as skills in the areas of infrastructure design, requirements, gap analysis, and preferably development experience. Skill set should include.

• IDM Technology: SailPoint Identity IQ
• Programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL
• Integration with target systems such as AD, database, web services, etc.,
• Integration with Enterprise systems: SAP/PeopleSoft/Workday
• Operating systems: UNIX (all flavours)
• Experience: 3-6+ years of professional work experience in SailPoint IDM
• Experience working in workflows, rules, Access Request and Access review modules
• Should be able to work on custom reports
• Good in using SailPoint API’s for developing custom connectors, tasks, rules etc.

Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities:

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS & Mac authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate and execute remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and restore service to PCs & notebooks with authorized access to network.
• Responding to user tickets.
• Contacting users to find out the nature of the problem.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
